From the socialize housing to middle cost housing, the MPDC is committed to build not only shelters for Filipinos but creating livable communities as well. As a real estate company, MPDC also engages in selling, renting, and leasing properties. MPDC has various properties in its inventory. These properties ranges from agricultural, residential, and commercial. The strengths of our company relies on our valuable assets.
